  • How do I create an account?

    Download the Farm to City app from the Apple App Store or GooglePlay, open it, and follow the on-screen steps to create an account using your email.

    What devices are supported?

    The app currently supports iPhone, iPad, and Android devices.

    How do I update the app?

    Open the App Store → tap your profile → scroll to updates → tap Update next to Farm to City.

  • What’s included in the membership?

    All members have full access to the app, including:

    • Interactive map of farm stands, shops, and flower stands

    • Detailed photos and product listings

    • Open days and hours for each location

    • Favourites to save your go-to spots

    • Travel-friendly discover across North America

    How does the annual membership work?

    Membership renews automatically each year unless canceled.

    • iOS: Managed through Apple ID

    • Android: Managed through Google Play

    How do I redeem the 30% lifetime Founding Member discount?

    If you’re one of the first 500 users to sign up for the annual plan, the 30% discounted price will automatically appear during checkout and stay locked in every year as long as your subscription remains active.

    How do I cancel my membership?

    • iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Farm to City

    • Android: Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions

    Apple and Google handle all app subscription billing, cancellations, and refunds.

    How do I update my payment method?

    • iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Payment & Shipping

    • Android: Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & Subscriptions → Payment Methods

  • How do I find farm stands or shops near me?

    Open the app and allow Location Services. The interactive map will automatically show locations nearby.

    How do I search other areas?

    Drag and expand the map to explore other cities or regions.

    How do I view details for each location?

    Tap the location pin you’d like to see details for and its corresponding information card will move to the front of the lineup on the map. Click the info card to see:

    • Photos

    • A general list of products offered

    • Open months/days/hours

    • Social links

    • and more!

    Can I save favourite locations?

    Yes! Tap the heart icon to save and revisit your favourite spots.

  • The details seem wrong - how can I update them?

    Please fill out the form at www.farmtocitybc.ca/contact-us to suggest an edit.

    How do I submit a new farm stand or shop?

    Please go to www.farmtocitybc.ca/contact-us and use the form provided to submit a new location. We review every submission before publishing.

  • The app won’t load or access is denied

    • Ensure you have an active membership

    • Check your internet connection

    • Restart the app and device

    • Update to the latest version

    Map or location issues

    • iOS: Settings → Privacy → Location Services → Farm to City → “While Using the App”

    • Android: Settings → Apps → Farm to City → Permissions → Location → Allow

    App Crashes

    Restart your device, make sure the app is updated, and contact support if it continues.
