Terms and Conditions – Farm to City

Welcome to Farm to City App (“App,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By creating an account or using our App, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of the App

Farm to City App provides a platform for users to:

• Browse local farm stands.

• Save favourites.

The App is available in Canada, the USA, and New Zealand. Users must be at least 13 years old.

2. Accounts

• Farm to City Network Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate users who violate these Terms or misuse the App.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

• Payments, renewals, and cancellations are subject to the terms and policies of the relevant app store.

• Farm to City Network Inc. does not process or store credit card information.

4. Restrictions

You may not:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes.

• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or modify the App.

• Interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and materials in the App (logos, design, text, etc.) are owned by or licensed to Farm to City Network Inc. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Farm to City App is provided “as is” and “as available.”

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

• Farm to City Network Inc. is not liable for any damages resulting from use of the App.

• Farm to City is a platform that connects customers with independent vendors. We do not produce, handle, or sell any food products listed on the platform and do not verify or guarantee that vendors comply with licensing, health, or food safety regulations.

• All vendors are solely responsible for complying with applicable laws and regulations, including local health and food safety requirements. Any transactions are made directly between customers and vendors.

• By using this platform, you acknowledge that Farm to City does not endorse, certify, or guarantee the safety, quality, or legality of any products offered.

7. Termination

Farm to City Network Inc. may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by cancelling your annual subscription through your relevant app store.

8. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted under the laws of British Columbia, Canada.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
